An Act Relative to Plimouth Plantation.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.   The division of capital asset management and maintenance, notwithstanding sections 40E through 40J, inclusive, of chapter 7 of the General Laws, may, in consultation with the department of conservation and recreation, lease certain land in the town of Plymouth, subject to such terms and conditions as may be determined by the division in consultation with the department, to the Plimoth Plantation for a period of 20 years.  Said parcels are shown on a plan of land entitled “Plan of Land Plymouth, MA. showing proposed licensing areas on land of Commonwealth of Massachusetts drawn by Stenbeck & Taylor, Inc. dated December 22, 2008”.
