An Act Relative to Allow Appeals From Application of Merit Rating Plans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 113P of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended
by inserting after the word “of” in line 2 the following words:
–
an insurer's merit rating plan under competitive markets or
SECTION 2.
Said section 113P of chapter 175, as so appearing, is hereby further amended, by inserting after the words “the” , the second time it appears, the following words:– merit rating plan or the.
SECTION 3.
Said section 113P of chapter 175, as so appeari
ng, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “of”, in line 14, the following words :–
the insurer's merit rating plan approved by the commissioner or.
SECTION 4.
