An Act Relative to Assistant Clerks of the District Court.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. The thirteenth paragraph of section 10 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the line “the third district court of eastern Middlesex” the following line “the first district cour t of Southern Worcester County”.
