In the Year Two Thousand and Nine

An Act Clarifying the Trafficking of Methamphetamines.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Section 1 of Chapter 94C shall be amended by adding the following definition
:-
“trafficking”
means the knowingly or intentionally manufacturing, distributing or dispensing, or possessing with the intent to manufacture, distribute or dispense of a controlled substance.
Section 2.
Section 32E of chapter 94C of the General Laws, shall be amended by
adding to subsection (b), clause 2 of paragraph (c).
