An Act relative to dedicating a portion of Route 2 to Dennis Rindone .


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              The portion of Route 2 in Erving from mile marker 63.0 to mile marker 65.1 shall be designated and known as the Dennis E. Rindone roadway, in honor of the Chairman of the Route 2 Safety Improvement Task Force, and for his efforts in organizing and shepherding safety improvements on Route 2. The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department and any existing historic preservations guidelines and laws.
