An Act Relative to Property Tax Exemptions in the Town of Ashland.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding the provisions of clause forty-first C ½ of section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, or any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the town of Ashland may utilize income limits on a household basis rather than a single applicant basis for real estate tax exemptions.
