An Act
exempting pensioners for services after retirement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 91 (b) of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in
the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “terminated.” In line x the following words:-
“A retired member of the Massachusetts State Police who is employed by the Massachusetts Court System is exempt and not subject to the l
imitations on employment imposed by this section, and may be employed for any duties assigned by the courts without affecting the status of the person as a retired member of the system and a recipient of retirement benefits under this chapter.
