An Act relative to the Massachusetts State College Building Authority.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The definition of system in section 1 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding the following senten ce:-

For the purpose of investing in the Pension Reserve Investment Trust Fund established pursuant to subdivision (8) of section 22, the Massachusetts State College Building Authority shall be deemed to be a system.
