An Act relative to retirement allowances.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Chapter 32 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after section 13 the following section:-

      Section 13A.   No retirement allowance payable under sections 1 to 28 shall exceed $100,000 provided, however such allowance may be adjusted by a year inflation factor based on th e consumer price index not to exceed 3 percent.
