An Act relative to adjusted pension or retirement allowances.

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION  1. Paragraph (b) of section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is her eby amended by adding the following sentence:

Any person pensioned or retired under any general or special law for disability, including accidental disability, shall be subject to the hours restrictions of this paragraph and to the earnings restrictions of section 91A.
