An Act relative to allowance increases for retired members of regional retirement systems.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 90A of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the first sentence by inserting at the beginning of said sentence the words: “Any regi onal retirement system by a majority vote,”.

SECTION 2. Section 90C of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the first sentence by inserting at the beginning of said sentence the words: “Any regional retirement system by a majority vote,”.

SECTION 3. Section 90D of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the first sentence by inserting at the beginning of said sentence the words: “Any regional retirement system by a majority vote,”.
