An Act relative to disability pensions.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 32 of the General Laws is amended by adding th e following new section at the end thereof;

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Chapter, applications for accidental disability pensions shall require the review of members medical records pertaining to the specific injury or injuries contained in the application. No other medical reco rds shall be reviewed.
