An Act to clarify leave under Chapter 41: 111F.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 111F of Chapter 41 is hereby amended by inserting after the word firefighter in line 15 in 2004 Official Edition the following new words
“
and shall not be subject to the Family Medical Leave Act.
”
