An Act relative to the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 6 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

   The executive office of environmental affairs shall define the term transfer within its office; define a process which clearly defines the process of how an employee can submit an application to transfer to another division; give priority to those applicants who are licensed in the field which they are applying for employment.
