An Act Relative to Teachers Aides and Teachers Assistants.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The definition of “teacher” in section 1 of chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amende d by inserting after the words “half-time service as a teacher” in line 501, the following words:- “teachers aide or teachers assistant.”
