An Act Relative to Additional Payments for Police Officers and Firefighters.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no member of any police or fire department within the Commonwealth shall receive additional payments, beyond regular compensation as defined by section 1 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, for completing physical fitness requirements.
