An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Billerica the John F. Leary bridge

An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Billerica the John F. Leary bridge.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The bridge located on Nashua Road, Route 4, spanning the Concord River in the town of Billerica shall be designated and known as the John F. Leary Bridge.  If this bridge is replaced by a new bridge, said designation shall also apply to any replacement bridge.  The department of highways shall erect and maintain a suitable marker and signage bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
