An Act relative to municipal service fees .


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 5F of Chapter 40 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 official edition is hereby amended line 5 of the first paragraph by inserting after the word “ambulances; and” the words “, and other fire equipment ;”

SECTION 2. Said section is hereby further amended in line 8 by inserting after the word “exercise” the words “ ; and (3 ) purchasing hiring, maintaining police equipment and personnel for accident response and investigation and false alarm response and investigation. ”
