An Act requiring insurance companies to offer same coverage for manufactured housing.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.   Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary, any company offering insurance in Massachusetts shall offer consumers the same level and availability of insurance for manufactured homes as that which is offered for stick built homes.
