An Act Exempting Non-Public Safety Employees From Civil Service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, all positions in the Town of
Brookline
, including the School Department, with the exception of Police Officers and Firefighters regardless of rank, shall not be subject to the provisions of Chapter Thirty-One of the General Laws.
