An Act Authorizing the Board of Assessors of the Town of Newbury to Grant a Real Estate Tax Abatement.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.   Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 59 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the board of assessors in the town of Newbury is hereby authorized to grant a real estate tax abatement in the amount of $930.93 to Geraldine Buzzotta for the premises known and numbered as 4-5 th Street on Plum Island in Newbury, for the period of November 26, 2008 to June 30, 2009.
