An Act Providing For The Appointment Of The Members Of The Dalton Redevelopment Authority.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Upon the expiration of the initial terms of the four members of the Dalton Redevelopment Authority, appointed by the Selectmen, as provided for under the Massachusetts General Laws 121B section 5, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary to be appointed and removed upon recommendation of the Town Manager, subject to the ratification by the Select Board, in the same manner as provided for under Chapter 137 of the Acts of 1995 Section 4.
