An Act Designating a Certain Bridge in the City of Fall River as the Louis Phillip Gagne Jr. Bridge.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The bridge located on Jefferson Street, spanning over Route 24 in the city of Fall River shall be designated and know as the Louis Phillip Gagne Jr. Bridge. The department of highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
