AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF MANSFIELD IN HONOR OF EDWARD JOSEPH PAZSIT. .

AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF MANSFIELD IN HONOR OF EDWARD JOSEPH PAZSIT.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any rule or regulation of the department of highways to the contrary, the Bridge number MO3028 spanning over I495 on West Street in the Town of Mansfield shall be designated and known as the Pazsit Bridge in Honor of Staff Sergeant Edward Joseph Pazsit .   The department of highways shall erect suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department and any existing historic preservation guidelines or statutes.
