An Act Dedicating a Certain Bridge in The Town of Westminster to Ryan Patrick Jones .


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The bridge located on Mohawk Trail, Route 2, spanning Bacon Street in the town of Westminster and referenced by the Massachusetts Highway Department as “W-28-22” shall be designated and known as the Ryan Patrick Jones Bridge.   If this bridge is replaced by a new bridge, said designation shall also apply to any replacement bridge.   The department of highways shall erect and maintain a suitable marker and signage bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
