An Act
Providing
an easement for affordable senior apartments on Ayer Road.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
The Harvard Conservation Commission may grant a Nitrogen Loading Restriction and Easement on a portion of the land owned by the Town of Harvard on Ayer Road, described in a deed recorded with the Worcester South Registry of Deeds in Book 6223, Page 624, the easement area being shown on a plan dated May 29, 2009, entitled

”
prepared by Goldsmith,
Prest
&
Ringwall
, Inc., a copy of which plan is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, said easements to be granted to Wheeler Realty Trust, or its successor, Bowers Brook LLC, Ayer Road Realty LLC, and Harvard Office Park LLC, being the owners of the land located at 196, 198, and 200 Ayer Road in order to permit the construction of forty-two affordable senior apartments at 196 Ayer Road.
