An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Financial Services to make an investigation and study of certain House documents concerning financial services.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Ordered , the committee on Financial Services be authorized to sit during the recess of the General Court to make additional investigation and study of House documents numbered 85, 85 6 , 89 7 , 8 99, 924 , 925, 952 , 966, 967, 990 1013, 1019, 1041, 1061, 3680, 3890 and 3891.

              Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations, if any, together with any draft of legislation necessary to carry out such recommendation into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representative on or before the last Wednesday in December, Two Thousand and Ten.
