An Act Relative to South Hadley Town Meetings.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The third paragraph of Section 3 Chapter 45 of the Acts of 1933, as most recently amended by Section 2 of Chapter 661 of the Acts of 1987, is herby further amended by striking out the first sentence.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
