The committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill House, No. 5021 ) of Kathryn Urbanowski for the issuance by the Governor of an annual proclamation setting apart the month of September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, reports, recommending that the acc ompanying order (House, No. 5054 ) ought to be adopted.

An Order relative to authorizing the committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight to make an investigation and study of a certain House document.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered , That the Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House document numbered 5021 . 

              Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2010.
