An Act establishing a sick bank leave for Brian C. Linehan, an employee of the Department of Revenue.
Whereas
, The deferred operation for this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to make SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of revenue shall establish a sick leave bank fo
r Brian C. Linehan, an employee of the department. Any employee of a department within the department of revenue may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Brian C. Linehan. Whenever Brian
C. Linehan terminates employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance of the sick leave time shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank. , therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, nec
essary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
