An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Tanya Robideau, an employee of The Massachusetts Department of Corrections.
Whereas, the deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is t
o establish forthwith a sick leave bank for a certain employee of The Massachusetts Department of Corrections, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by
the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.
Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the trial court of the commonwealth shall estab
lish a sick leave bank for Tanya Robideau, an employee of The Massachusetts Department of Corrections.
Any employee of said department may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his/her sick, personal or vacation days to said sick leave bank for use by said
Tanya Robideau. Whenever said Tanya Robideay terminates employment with said department or requests to dissolve said sick leave bank, the balance of the sick leave time shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
