              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 17G of chapter 180, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby am ended by the inserting after word “employed” , in line 5, the following words:-

or which may be specified by a collective bargaining agreement with the PCA Qual ity Homecare Workforce Council,
