An Act pertaining to firefighter training.
Be it
enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is amended by adding at the end of section 91
the following new paragraph:-
(f) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (a) to (d) inclusive, a firefighter, retired for superannuation, based on: age and length of creditable service may be employed in the service of the Commonwealth in excess of
960 hours.
