An Act relative to creditable service for school committee members.

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 4(o) of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Ed ition, is hereby amended by striking out lines 242 to 244 and inserting in place thereof the following :- provided, however, that, except in the case of a school committee member, the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to any member first elected on or after January 1, 1986.
