An Act
relative to survivor benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 12 of Chapter 32, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “two-thirds of the yearly amount of” in line 96 and by striking the words “not less than two-thirds of” in line 100.
