An Act relative to continuing education for licensed construction supervisors.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.   Section 94 of chapter 143 of the General laws, as so appearing in the 2004 Official edition, is hereby amended by adding the following new paragraph:-

(m) To develop requirements, promulgate regulations and approve outside courses of instruction relative to the continuing education of individuals licensed as construction supervisors.
