Act Relative to the Alcohol Excise Tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 21 of Chapter 138, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 16, the words “three dollars and thirty cents” and inserting in place thereof the following words:— “nine dollars and ninety cents”.

Said Section 21 is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 20, the word “three” and inserting in place thereof the following word:— “thirty-three”.
