An Act to increase the property tax deferral for seniors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.

of the Genera
l Laws, in subsection 41A (2)
is hereby amended
by striking out the words “the amount of income determined by the commissioner of revenue for the purposes of subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 62, for a single person who is not a head of household” and inserting in place thereof the following words
:-
“$65,000”.
