              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 22A of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in 2 the 2004 Official Edition, is her eby amended by striking “$100” and 3 inserting t hereof the following: - “$150”
