An Act relative to the Recreation Revolving Fund in the town of Rutland.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 53E1/2 of chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Rutland may increase the limit of the town’s Recreation Revolving Fund to $350,000.
