An Act e stablishing a s ick l eave b ank for Michael Belloli, an employee of the Department of the Correction .


 

Whereas , The deferred operation for this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to make a sick leave bank for a certain employ ee of the department of correction , , therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and b y the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of corrections shall establish a sick leave bank for Michael Belloli, an employee of the department.   Any employee o f the department may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Michael Belloli. Whenever Michael Belloli terminates employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
