_______________
An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Richard
Donati
, an employee of the Department of the Corrections.
Whereas
, The deferred operation for this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to make a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the department of correction, , therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of corrections shall establish a sick leave bank for Richard
Donati
, an employee of the department.
Any employee of the department may voluntarily contribute 1 or more of his sick, personal or vacation days to the sick leave bank for use by Richard
Donati
. Whenever Richard
Donati
terminates employment with the department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, the balance shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank.
