own of Somerset as the Army Pvt. Michael E. Bouthot Pedestrian Path.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in
General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: The pedestrian path to be built on the new bridge on State Highway Route 6, spanning over the Taunton River and connecting the City of Fall River and the Town of Somerset s
hall be designated and known as the “Army Pvt. Michael E. Bouthot Pedestrian Path.” The department of highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
