An Act relative to the State Reclamation Board.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 252 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition,  is hereby amended by striking out the words “ environmental management in line 3, and inserting in place thereof the following words:  “ fish and game ”

SECTION 2.   Said section 2 of said chapter 252, as so appearing is hereby further amended by inserting after the words “ commissioner, ”   in line 4 the following: “ and two representatives of the department of public health, as designated by its commissioner, one of whom represents environmental health and one of whom represents communicable disease ” .
