An Act Relative to Coverage Under the Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 175C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 11 after the word “ coverages ” the following: including liability coverages for one (1) to four (4) family owner and non-owner occupied dwellings either by endorsement or as a stand-alone policy.
