An Act relative to protecting against the displacement of current employees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Subsection (B) of said section 2 of said chapter 18 of the General Laws, as amended by Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1995, is hereby amended by inserting the following new clause:-
(j)
not
delegate to other than to its own employees the administration, determination of eligibility, or supervision of the state plan which are currently being performed by department employees.
