An Act making technical corrections to chapter 232 of the acts of 1998.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.   Class A of section 31 of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 232 of the Acts of 1998, is hereby further amended in subsection (3) of paragraph (c) by striking out the words “ Ketamine Hydrochloride” and replacing them with the word:-   Ketamine
