Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, is amended by inserting after paragraph seven the following:- Notwithstanding any general or specific la
w to the contrary, if a registered physician is convicted of three cases of medical malpractice the board shall revoke said physicians registration revoked.
