Mr. Galvin of Canton move that the bill be amended in Section 2D, in line item 6622-1280, in line 98, by inserting after the word "project" the following:-



"; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 be expended to improve pedestrian access and safety at the Canton Junction commuter rail station"
