Mr. Barrows of Mansfield move that the bill be amended in section 2A, in item 6121-1217, by adding the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for a project to increase access to the Mansfield Train Station commuter parking lots in the town of Mansfield”.
